**Ingredients:**

- ½ cup all-purpose flour

- Pinch of salt

- Water

- ½ cup cabbage (chopped)

- ½ cup mushrooms (chopped)

- 1 teaspoon carrots (chopped)

- 1 tablespoon spring onion greens (chopped)

- ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic-chili paste

- Salt to taste

- 1 teaspoon oil

- 1 cup onions (chopped)

- Pinch of salt

- 1 cup yellow capsicum (chopped)

- 1 cup red capsicum (chopped)

- Salt to taste

- 1 cup vegetable stock

- ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic-chili paste

- Ground black pepper

- Spring onion greens

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 3 teaspoons water

- Few drops of soy sauce

- All-purpose flour

- Water (for boiling)

- Chili oil

- Spring onion greens


**Instructions:**


1. **Prepare the Wonton Wrappers:**

   - In a bowl, mix ½ cup all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to make a dough. Knead well and set aside.


2. **Prepare the Filling:**

   - Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add 1 cup chopped onions and a pinch of salt, and sauté until translucent.

   - Add ½ cup chopped cabbage, ½ cup chopped mushrooms, 1 teaspoon chopped carrots, and 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion greens. Cook until vegetables are tender.

   - Add ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic-chili paste and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside to cool.


3. **Assemble the Wontons:**

   - Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut into small squares.

   - Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square, fold over to form a triangle, and seal the edges with water.


4. **Prepare the Soup:**

   - In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook until they float to the top. Remove and set aside.

   - In another pot, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add 1 cup chopped onions, a pinch of salt, 1 cup chopped yellow capsicum, and 1 cup chopped red capsicum. Sauté for a few minutes.

   - Add 1 cup vegetable stock, ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic-chili paste, ground black pepper, spring onion greens, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

   - Add a mixture of 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 3 teaspoons water to thicken the soup. Stir well.

   - Add the boiled wontons and a few drops of soy sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.


5. **Serve:**

   - Serve hot, garnished with spring onion greens and a drizzle of chili oil.
